Mario Birthday Party

1. Draw Mario's Face
2. I used my Acrylic paints to paint his face.
3. I left the mustache blank and then I cut out a Mustache for each kid and they played
pin the mustache!

I wanted a two layer cake so I baked the cakes the night before and let them cool down all night.
The next morning I started on the fondant, then I crumb coated the cake and layed the fondant for the first layer, repeated the same for the second layer and then trimed the fondant.

*I made the cake stand out of two old microwave dishes, I just used a glass candlestick holder for the middle.*

Here's the finished cake!!! LOTs of work but I like the way it turned out!
I used trick candles and that made it look more like bombs..

I melted some white chocolate and I added some red dye and then dipped the  large marshmellows!
Then let them cool down and then I added white drops of frosting. I think they turned out cute! what do you think?

I Robot!

Isaac has a great imagination and he loves to pretend like he's a robot. I had so much fun making this page for him, I think it fits him prefectly.

More picture frames

I made these picture frames for Isaac and Carly's room, I still need to put some pictures in it.

Baby Leg warmers

Well I first heard of baby leg warmers from my friend Leah and she showed me a quick and easy way to make them. So I decided to try it out and this is what they looked like at the end. I think they turned out pretty good, though I do need some more practice. These are just made out of women knee high socks.... so thanks Leah for the tutorial! After those were done I of course had to make her a matching headband....LOL.

This is Carly wearing them for church on Sunday!

Picture frame

I made this picture frame for Valentines day to give to Jonathan. It was pretty simple to make and it only cost me $1.25 to make it. I wanted to stay away from the "usuall" Valentines color palette, so I went with this brown/green paper. I hope he likes it!
